“I ordered a Christmas gift and try charged my card then credited me back. I reached out to them and they said they would charge my card when it ships. Weeks later I reached out to them to see if my ordered shipped because I didn’t hear anything. They responded my card was declined so I needed to call back and pay by phone. What a scam! Luckily I had time to order a gift from a trustworthy company in time for Christmas.”

Raw foodists beware
I ordered 12 lbs of dates to make a raw vegan cake. The website didn't list them as steamed or pasteurized so I figured they were raw which is what I wanted. Just err on the side of caution I called the company before the product shipped to confirm... They didn't have an answer..,. Or so they claimed. They didn't get back to me at all via phone or email. I had to reach out via Facebook and still no answer. Finally I called again and was told they need more time to hear from the vendor. They said they would reply by evening but never did so I called again the next day. The phone rep said they were steamed after all and that they would requisition the order from FedEx to be shipped back but refused to refund me until they got the product back even though I never had it in my possession and it's their fault for taking so many days to give me an answer that I had to pull out of them. I called FedEx and it turns out they never contacted them to send back the package so I had to request FedEx to do it. Today I get a message from nuts.com via Facebook who said they ether didn't have that info or that it was proprietary and they don't comment the info on whether their products are steamed or not. Basically they were too lazy, liars, and didn't want to give me the info because they're a shady unethical company that isn't transparent about their product.... because that would probably result in people like me not buying their product. This way they can trick raw foodists (who mainly get calories from nuts and dates and order them by the case regularly) who might not think to look deeper into this and would assume their products are raw. Nuts.com even has a section on raw foodism and why people do it making me think they actually might care. They don't. They're out to make a buck and they don't care at all about their customers needs. Their whole silly jingle and claims that they provide good customer service are just a smoke screen for the truth.. That they don't care at all. Don't do business with this company. The will steal your money and give you sub par products and purposely lie about it.”
“I have been purchasing from Nuts.com for about 10 years, primarily for ground sumac. Their quality seemed good and their prices were initially good. They recently virtually doubled the price for sumac and reduced their inventory to mostly snack foods. My latest shipment of sumac was not sumac! It was in a different colored package and had chunks of material with some light coloring. It didn't smell like sumac and it's taste was different. I complained to nuts.com. Their response was to simply give me a credit and not take the problem seriously. They didn't ask for a sample to analyze. So their quality control is zero. I will never trust this company again, and I think that you should stay away from making any purchases from them.”
“Products a fraudulently marked as vegan. I wrote nuts.com months ago and told them that their "carob covered raisins" are not vegan due to the fact that one of the ingredients is "confectioners glaze". Confectioners glaze is Shellac and Shellac is a resin excreted by certain female Asian beetles after they have feasted on tree bark. This is a blatant sign of carelessness and fraud. Being vegan for some people is a new fad bc their new idol is doing it for some vain reason, so they dont care. Ive been a vegan for over 16 years. I sent them a very respectful email asking them to remove that item from vegan list, and they have selfishly kept this product in their vegan section to fool the ignorant and to insult the wise all for the greed of money! A mistake is understandable but this is just a total lack of ethics, concern, and integrity.”

The prices are very reasonable, and there are several options for various quantities to choose from. My order always comes so quickly, and soon I am excitedly opening my box!
