Generally good products but bad web and service practices. You cannot cancel or delete your credit card info once put into their system. You cannot cancel an auto delivery even if it is created by accident. There is no button to cancel this auto process, you have to call direct. You cannot get a person on the phone only leave a message. Think twice about ordering online. I've already spent too much time trying to get this resolved. very unhappy about this.

Sent me an open bag of roasted beans. Gave me a credit for part of the product and no shipping credit.

This company will add an item to your cart without your permission. It is added and you have UNCHECK a box in order to get rid of it. If you do notice after payment, they refuse to reverse it even if you ask them moments after completing payment. They claim it has been "picked and shipped" even if you ask them to ship later. Beware of these scammers! I will never order from them again.

Price for quantity was good. Chocolate weak bland flavor. Haystacks were good, non pareils very bland. Spent over 100.00 and even grape slices were weak. Probably won't order again.

I was very disappointed in my last order from Nuts.com. The breakfast Crunch trail mix had a good flavor but the granola pieces were pulverized to a powder.

I ordered fudge and it arrived moldy and melted even though I paid for the heat resistant shipping. They wouldn't refund my whole order, I got some gummy bears as well, which means I still had to pay the tax and packaging costs for the fudge that was moldy. Never replied to my emails about it either. I know that the fudge had to be moldy before it shipped so the workers obviously don't care or check the product at all. Waste of money and will never order again.

I was searching for Candy Legos, feeling nostalgic for the candy toy bricks from my childhood. Not only was the price right (1 pound bag for $9.99 plus shipping) but it arrived within two days, fresh quality, and with almost no broken bricks from shipment! Very pleased with this website and I will definitely order from them again when I want to find niche candies or treats.

I love the products. My friend is a long time customer and sent me a referral so I could get $20.00 off my order. I ordered enough that I qualified for the $20 off and free shipping. The day after I placed my order, I received an email stating I needed to contact nuts.com about my billing address. I did and then they tried to bill me without the $20.00 off. Got that straightened out. Then they charged me shipping! I said I ordered enough for free shipping. They said, "well that was yesterday, this is today." I cancelled my order because they refused to honor their advertising. So nuts com lost me as a repeat customer and my friend who won't order from them now! They lost 2 good customers because of shipping charges!

Ordered roasted peanuts in the shell and many of them are over cooked. I've ordered other things that were good but not this.

They harassed with emails. They said they sent 2 emails regarding automatic reorder. Because of the garage of emails I stopped opening them. I got a delivery and I called to say I didn’t reorder and I want a credit card refund. Now I have to pay to send the order back The nuts are not worth their no sense. Stay away and purchase fro A different source

I placed an order 05/07/24 for my sister as a gift for Mother’s Day when I received my email none of the order /items were correct. I immediately sent an email and was told they ship faster then lightning and there is nothing they can do! Now my sister is stuck with things she doesn’t like or eat!

Maybe it's just me but I figured a company that is called nuts.com would offer better quality products. I've ordered from them before; nuts were good, not great. My last order (& it really IS my LAST order for nuts) was awful. The only ones not awful were raw pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds but I don't see how they could screw those up anyway. The cashews were the worst; Walmart has better. Brazil nuts also terrible. There's zero consistency; there might be one nice nut and a bunch are over roasted or deformed. Doesn't seem to be any quality control. They're very heavy on the marketing, which I hate. Just because I ordered something, I don't believe they should have the right to bombard me with "sale" emails. I've bought dried apples from them before; they were good. I'm just done with them.

Received as a gift by Nuts that were raunchy,smelled audul and stale box of nuts via Amazon. I got the excuse Amazon tends to do that. Totally unacceptable. Customer service would not relinquish formal names. Instead initially offered me a 25% discount on the next order. Company after short of assisting for a replacement to myself and the sender, I was sent a package that was a nibble compared to the initial 12 varieties of different nuts. Great customer service did not work with me and for a major company, a major disappointment

I had a bad reaction to the banana chips. I almost couldn't breathe. I felt they wouldn't help me. So I threw them out. I ordered powders the first batch was fine. The second batch the cherry powder had big clumps in it. CS told me put hot water on it. I said no I'll ruin the powder. Then she said send me a picture of the clumps. I did and no response so far. If you want to throw money out the window buy from this company.

The dried fruit is good. Peanut brittle was horrible. Tasted stale. Shipping is prompt, but I only order when shipping is free.

Placed an order and received the shipment quickly, but the product was not good. I was looking forward to the Jordan Almonds but when i tried them i was totally shocked, they had no taste no sweetness and the almonds were dry and hard Also got cashew, trail mix and mixed nuts, So far it's been disappointing. Called to complain about the terrible Jordan Almonds and am expecting a refund for those. The cashews are just ok and the others i haven't tried yet.

Very disappointed. So much residue on the nuts I had to stiff them 3 times to get them edible looking. The shelled sunflower seeds are stale. The lemon cookies are good though.
