I had some issues about my orders, emailed them and they responded 10 in minutes , they even gave me credit back to my account with them ( I didn’t even ask them for refund) I definitely will buy nuts and dried fruits from this company from now on. By the way, their dried fruits are delicious and affordable. I was a big fan of Sunmaid but they are kind of overpriced and not as good as Nuts.com products. I definitely recommend this company.”

“Maybe it's just me but I figured a company that is called nuts.com would offer better quality products. I've ordered from them before; nuts were good, not great. My last order (& it really IS my LAST order for nuts) was awful. The only ones not awful were raw pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds but I don't see how they could screw those up anyway. The cashews were the worst; Walmart has better. Brazil nuts also terrible. There's zero consistency; there might be one nice nut and a bunch are over roasted or deformed. Doesn't seem to be any quality control. They're very heavy on the marketing, which I hate. Just because I ordered something, I don't believe they should have the right to bombard me with "sale" emails. I've bought dried apples from them before; they were good. I'm just done with them.”
“I had a bad reaction to the banana chips. I almost couldn't breathe. I felt they wouldn't help me. So I threw them out. I ordered powders the first batch was fine. The second batch the cherry powder had big clumps in it. CS told me put hot water on it. I said no I'll ruin the powder. Then she said send me a picture of the clumps. I did and no response so far. If you want to throw money out the window buy from this company.”

as a gift for Mother’s Day when I received my email none of the order /items were correct. I immediately sent an email and was told they ship faster then lightning and there is nothing they can do!
Now my sister is stuck with things she doesn’t like or eat!”
“Received as a gift by Nuts that were raunchy,smelled audul and stale box of nuts via Amazon. I got the excuse Amazon tends to do that. Totally unacceptable. Customer service would not relinquish formal names. Instead initially offered me a 25% discount on the next order. Company after short of assisting for a replacement to myself and the sender, I was sent a package that was a nibble compared to the initial 12 varieties of different nuts. Great customer service did not work with me and for a major company, a major disappointment”
