Ordered buckeyes in chocolate for my dad at his care facility. Just visited him and he dad some leftover. There were NO buckeyes just small bites of peanut butter chocolate. They suck

Package was shipped on a different day than promised. Arrived much later than stated it would. After contacting company, they stated they needed to "look for it", so they had no idea where it was and continually blamed the carrier even though the carrier didn't have it in their possession. When it finally arrived, was melted. Whole experience with them was terrible, would not recommend.

Ordered 9lbs of Different chocolates for Father’s Day for my grandkids and family get together, after reading Up on the company shipping and it was stated that if you live in warmer areas, which I do, Florida. It was two day shipping, Ended up being three day shipping . After opening up the box, half of the chocolate was melted, contacted the company they wanted pictures to make everything right. I asked them to take the whole box back. I did not feel comfortable eating chocolate. I got that hot in a box. I have not heard back from them. Also I will not be ordering anything from them again. It wasn’t about the money or trying to get anything back. Customer satisfaction was a zero.

Delayed delivery and I haven’t received my order yet, and a very slow paced customer service. Bad experience for me. Keeps on getting worse. Will never recommend anyone that wants reliable delivery.

Nuts.com does not have reliable delivery. I placed an order 4/9 for delivery 4/11. After many emails and phone calls they finally reissued the order on 4/18 to be delivered 4/20. This morning I receive an email stating this order has been delayed also. Why offer your product if you can't deliver it? I will of course be purchasing another birthday gift but I'll never use nor recommend nuts.com

I was told three times that my products will arrive on time, But it did NOT. I was not home to reject the delivery. Got charged for something I don't want it anymore.

In the past I have loved your products and your customer service was great. Not this time, my item was delivered to the wrong address. I sent an email with 1 response asking to verify my address. I did that and never heard back again. I then called and was told they would ask the driver to go get the item from wrong address and they would get back to me. Again. No response. It is now 3 days later. I will never order from you again...

I've had several issues with Nuts.Com. Most recently, I got a popcorn and nut mix that contained exactly 2 and a half nuts. When I notified them, they wanted labels, then numbers and asked me to mail them the labels. I declined. I also notified them of the free gift offer I was ordering from. I was charged $12.99 for what I was supposed to get free. Customer service Sarah offered no solutions and no help. She just kept asking for more from me. When I told them not to contact me any longer, Andrew, (I think), told me that I would miss out. No, I'm pretty sure I won't. You will miss my money.

Very disappointed. My order never arrived, I guess my package got lost.. they sent another one, but the other estimate arriving time in 9 days!! I live in Miami, not in Europe and its ridiculous.

Absolutely abhorrent. Price gauging and unethical. Their product is 2-3x what you should be paying. Look around. Their customer service is also terrible, they literally do not care. Stay away from this company.

NASTY the peanuts, hazelnuts, and figs were dry and burned stale and overall HORRIBLE. Can I give them -5 stars?

The nuts tasted very stale and old tasting. The chocolate covered pretzels had a white film on them and tasted horrible. 😝. I ordered several things including spice drops and jelly beans, which were the only things that were decent. Chocolate covered raisins, gross.🤢. I don't believe I would order from here again.

I really wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. I ordered a large custom tray for my family with cashews, pistachios, almonds, chocolate covered cashews, & dried pineapple. Everything tasted "off". I've seen others comment things were stale. Maybe that's it. The 2 times I ate some of each variety, I felt nauseous afterwards. I thought the 1st time itbwas just a fluke, so I waited a few days before trying everything again. Same result. I should have gone to Costco & bought individual containers of each. Extremely disappointed. Glad it was only for my immediate family, not as a gift for others. For the record, I don't think I've ever left a review like this. That's how bad it was.

Dubious business practices by NUTS.com I have bought from Nuts.com previously and been satisfied. This Christmas I ordered 5 gifts of nut trays to provide for business and personal gifts. I ordered on December 16th and was informed that the gifts would arrive by December 23rd. I checked on the progress several times during the week and it appeared that the gifts would arrive by December 22nd. This later turned out to be a bald face lie! By the end of the 23rd I had no gifts and instead asked my wife to make packages of peanut brittle that I delivered on the morning of the 24th....just in time! I then on the 24th received the original gifts as we were just leaving the house to go to Phoenix to see family. After Christmas I contacted NUTS and asked for a refund and a return label. They refused to give me a return label as I would bear the responsibility for the return. Also that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I am apoplectic! This company signals in each and every step that it takes that it is only concerned with getting their money from the customer and providing customer satisfaction is not one of their values. By the way the cost to reship the parcel is nearly as much as the cost of the gifts and with a 20% restocking fee I am paying more than the cost of the original gifts. NUTS doesn't seem to be phased by this, at all. Also their terms of service do not reflect their return policy. This company is divisive and fraudulent in doing business. If I had more time I would take them to small claims court!! DO BUSINESS WITH NUTS. COM at your peril. Date of experience: December 16, 2024

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered gift for Christmas, it never shipped. Shipping company said that they never received a package. Horrible customer service, would not admit fault, and not even the least not sorry about a ruined Christmas gift
