I really wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. I ordered a large custom tray for my family with cashews, pistachios, almonds, chocolate covered cashews, & dried pineapple. Everything tasted "off". I've seen others comment things were stale. Maybe that's it. The 2 times I ate some of each variety, I felt nauseous afterwards. I thought the 1st time itbwas just a fluke, so I waited a few days before trying everything again. Same result. I should have gone to Costco & bought individual containers of each. Extremely disappointed. Glad it was only for my immediate family, not as a gift for others. For the record, I don't think I've ever left a review like this. That's how bad it was.

Dubious business practices by NUTS.com I have bought from Nuts.com previously and been satisfied. This Christmas I ordered 5 gifts of nut trays to provide for business and personal gifts. I ordered on December 16th and was informed that the gifts would arrive by December 23rd. I checked on the progress several times during the week and it appeared that the gifts would arrive by December 22nd. This later turned out to be a bald face lie! By the end of the 23rd I had no gifts and instead asked my wife to make packages of peanut brittle that I delivered on the morning of the 24th....just in time! I then on the 24th received the original gifts as we were just leaving the house to go to Phoenix to see family. After Christmas I contacted NUTS and asked for a refund and a return label. They refused to give me a return label as I would bear the responsibility for the return. Also that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I am apoplectic! This company signals in each and every step that it takes that it is only concerned with getting their money from the customer and providing customer satisfaction is not one of their values. By the way the cost to reship the parcel is nearly as much as the cost of the gifts and with a 20% restocking fee I am paying more than the cost of the original gifts. NUTS doesn't seem to be phased by this, at all. Also their terms of service do not reflect their return policy. This company is divisive and fraudulent in doing business. If I had more time I would take them to small claims court!! DO BUSINESS WITH NUTS. COM at your peril. Date of experience: December 16, 2024

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered gift for Christmas, it never shipped. Shipping company said that they never received a package. Horrible customer service, would not admit fault, and not even the least not sorry about a ruined Christmas gift

Stale. Flavorless. They purchase stale nuts at a deeply discounted price, toss some flavored powder on them, packager, sell. Awful. Worthless. Never again.

I have placed less than ten orders with them. Every order has had an issue. Three of them had the shipment lost. Their customer service on a scale of 0-10 is 0+.

I have no idea what their quality is like because I have never received my order. After being given the runaround by the company and their delivery carrier for over two weeks I finally cancelled the order. Carrier has gone back and forth from out for delivery.. to delayed. apparently it's sitting somewhere about 50 miles away. It takes two or three days to get a reply from them. Will never order again.. zero stars.

We bought from this store 27.5 pounds of raw pumpkin seeds. They were so tiny/small never seen pumpkin seeds like this before. Company is not honest and will never buy again from them any product.

I ordered Majool Dates they were dry and tasteless. I paid a lot of money for something I had to throw away. They said I had a store credit but somehow it wasn’t working. I wouldn’t never buy anything from them anymore! I wouldn’t take it if it was given away for free because I would have to find a way to dispose of it!!!

This company is terrible. I will never buy from them again. First of all, they made a bizarre mistake in fulfilling my order. I ordered 4 bags of china black tea, which are tea leaves as shown on their website and I know from a previous purchase. They sent me 4 bags of green tea powders instead, but in the bags that labeled china black tea. This is the response from their customer care: "...mind you that the order was placed on your end, this means that if you encounter an error message this was occur on your end. Also, we do send you a confirmation email in order for you to review if all the items you order are all correct, in that case we still have an ability to cancel the order and place the correct items on it." Either they don't understand English at all and don't care about their customers at all, or they are just being deceptive, because they put cheaper stuff into bags and labels of more expensive merchandise and refused to admit the mistake. Stay away from them.

The nuts are stale. I’m not able to eat them. I would to return them for a refund. Wish I had read reviews before buying.

They were so great prior to covid. Since then the nuts are always stale. What a shame, I thought I had found the ultimate nut resource!

Everything is very stale, expensive for bad products. Who know how long they have this stuff will never order again. All the reviews are true.which I read them before I bought.

I bought pumpkin seeds in the shell after which I bought them. I read the ingredients. One of the ingredients is titanium dioxide this product actually causes cancer, respiratory issues and other side effects when consumed.
