I have been a customer for a few years now. I have never been less than happy with the service. The website is easy to navigate, the products and ranges are fantastic. If there's a problem or query about the order, they ring me to discuss. That's first class service. The offers are good, but prices anyway are below those of competitors. And I love the little gifts that arrive in the perfectly-packaged orders! There's nothing to tempt me away to rivals!
