“Ordered some eau de toilette as a gift but couldn't find an option to have it delivered to the recipient so I emailed on Sunday night and got an immediate response. Couldn't have been more helpful and it was delivered on Wednesday ie 2 days early, my relative was pleased to also receive some Clarins samples too. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from NVS, excellent service and very competitively priced, will definitely use them again.”

“Today, NVS Pharmacy provided us with outstanding customer service that went above and beyond. Staff were welcoming, friendly and obliging. The pharmacist went out of his way to make a phone call to help provide prescribed medication even though this is not our regular pharmacy. If we are ever in London and need to make use of a pharmacy, the good old fashioned help we received today will ensure our return to NVS Pharmacy. Highly recommended!😊”
