“Here’s a polished, positive review you can post: Excellent customer service! I received a call to let me know that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, which I really appreciated – it’s great to be kept informed rather than just finding out later. They were polite, and helpful on the phone. As a lovely surprise, they also included some samples in my order. Such a thoughtful touch! Very happy with the service and would definitely order again.”

“NVS were simply incredible. We were really struggling to get hold of a product that we relied on but was on a delay from the manufacturer. NVS had the product in stock and shipped the same day after answering enquiries with absolute understanding and professionalism. We cannot thank them enough”

“I have learnt about so many products new to me since shopping with NVS online. It's so easy to find out product ingredients, how to take or use them, and what they are good at doing. Prices are extremely competitive, ordering is easy, and delivery quick, with an added bonus that reflects my particular needs or interests. On rare occasions when there is a problem, very helpful staff get in touch. I feel I belong to the NVS family!”

“I bought 4 of my favourite La Roche Posay moisturisers and a tinted sun screen to try out. I ordered as a first time customer based on research on the best price for my favourite brand. I usually order from Ecssential. Overall, I'm happy with the price, speed of delivery and condition/ quality of the products. I'll order again if prices and quality remains competitive.”

“NVS Pharmacy came up when searching for a particular brand hairbrush and the price was excellent compared to other sources. Navigation of the site was seamless and ordering easy. NVS kept me informed of delivery, and the item arrived on time. To my surprise, the box also contained a little bag of good quality samples which were free gifts. What a great experience shopping with this company has been. I shall certainly be shopping with them again and have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars. Excellent.”
