“Fast service; product packaged with care and no excessive packaging; good price; arrived on time; sample of another product included was much appreciated. I had a query on the product via email and staff took the trouble to call me having taken time to research the answer with the product's supplier and clearly and helpfully explained the detail. They left a clear and friendly message too and answered the phone quickly and treated me so professionally and with kindness. Many thanks”

“I started ordering various homeopathic treatments over 12 months ago from NVS. Their prices were and still are competitive and delivery via post is usually within 3/5 days. On a previous order I omitted an item and ordered it separately with an additional postal cost. The people at NVS noticed the two separate orders and combined them with just one delivery charge.”

“The only place I can find outside London that sells Roger & Gallet soaps. It's a shame because they used to be sold in many upmarket shops as well as John Lewis. Packaging is robust and delivery rapid. Thank you again NVS.”
