“I ordered a Clarins product from NVS as it was showing as the least expensive with an online search- and that was among bigger names who ordinarily offer competitive prices! Delivered in good time, I was delighted to find a quality sample included with my purchase. Excellent service all round, which means repeat business from me!”

“Most pleased with the 2 clarins products I purchased from you, having spent over £140 I would prefer free postage to a tiny product of clarins which is one I do not use and a makeup bag of no use to most customers”

“I called after placing order online as I wanted to get a faster delivery due to going away. The lady was so very helpful and explained one item I wanted was out of stock but recommended another option. She posted the order out same day and it arrived next day perfectly packaged. “Haven’t received my order after a week so when called them they said that there was a problem with their site so promised me as soon as they received it they send it for Hecht day delivery and also give me call to update and Yes they did that and also send me a few free samples so I’m overall customer service was really good , would definitely go back to them to order.”

“Where can you buy Roger & Gallet soaps? Not John Lewis any more. There's only one place or so it seems and they have the full range too. You guessed it .... it's NVS Pharmacy. The soaps used to be widely available but no longer so. Thank goodness I found NVS. Well packaged and prompt delivery - they tick all the boxes.”

“Great products really carefully packed. Excellent customer service. I had placed two orders for the same products by mistake. I was called by customer services to check that I wanted both orders which I did't. They agreed to refund me the money without any trouble. I was really impressed. I highly recommend this company.”
