Inadvertently put an online order through twice. When I realised, it didn’t really matter too much. However NVS phoned me to ask If it was a mistake and offered to delete one order! I decide to retain both orders and was only charged one delivery fee as both would be packed together. That really is service! The delivery arrived faster than expected in perfect condition. Thank you to the very caring NVS lady!
