I bought a pair of shoes from NVS. I thought they will be measured well by staff for perfect fit. Unfortunately, that was not so. Lovely shoes and comfortable when I tried them on in the house. But, very uncomfortable on the outdoor. I couldn't return them as I has worn. Waste of money.
