Excellent service! My tea order was going to be late but I received a personal call to let me know. Then an ingredient in my order was sourced from a different part of the world than I was expecting, but I received another personal call to ask if I wanted to proceed. I think this personal touch is sadly lacking in many businesses these days, so, I thank you. You hit customer relations spot on! You even included a wee freebie in my package. Very thoughtful.
