Navigating the site is easy, so is placing an order, and delivery is always within the specified time, and well packaged. If an item is out of stock, they contact me in record time to advise it's back in stock. I have used them for several years, and never had a problem. They are thoughtful and considerate to talk to (during the lockdowns!), and there is always a surprise in the parcel, based on my previous orders, so it's always welcome.
