A mixture of satisfactory and unsatisfactory with a good resolution; therefore quite hard to score. Three stars = good, but not outstanding. I ordered 3 deodorants on the 16th. Money left my account on the 18th. By the 24th when I had received nothing, I emailed NVS and received a return email the same day saying there was insufficient stock but they hoped to get some within the next few days and complete the order. The following day, the 25th, the order arrived and was complete and satisfactory. 9 days is not super-fast turnaround but the product was exactly what was ordered.
