This is the first time I have shopped with NVS Pharmacy....initially, I did not receive any correspondence from them, acknowledging my online purchase. Fortunately, I took a copy of my order number because I had to ring them a week later!
I spoke to a member of staff (Sorry, I forgot her name 🤦♀️) she could not apologise enough & she resolved the situation within a matter of minutes after my initial call & I received my goods 2 days later.
So, YES, I would still highly recommend NVS Pharmacy & YES, I will be shopping with them again.
