I ordered some Clarins products from NVS pharmacy as their prices were the best I could find.
Two weeks later - the goods hadn't arrived and I hadn't received a confirmation email of my order.
I telephoned the pharmacy quoting my Palpay order number - the items arrived two days later with a FREE Clarins mascara as an apology !
Very happy with this resolution - I will be using NVS in the future.
