Delivery of perfume was a little later than expected but on contacting there excellent customer service team they explained a problem with delivery of the item and promptly offered me a refund if I wanted one but I decided to wait and I'm so happy I did, very happy with my perfume, great value for money too. Will definitely order from them again.
