I was struggling to locate a prescribed product and NVS came to my rescue. The pharmacist was superb, he was sympathetic and offered considered advice way beyond my expectations. I had a similar experience some years ago and was overwhelmed again by the efficiency, knowledge and kindness shown this time around. The product quality and range too is first class. NVS is a shining light with a level of customer service rarely offered these days.
