NVS goes from strength to strength, with more and more tempting products, at competitive prices, and a service that exceeds any others I know online. Out of stock items are either substituted with equivalent sizes, or an email or call with details of next availability - not that this happens often! If I forget something and add another item after I have paid, there is no further delivery charge. And I have been converted to so many new products after trying the samples sent with each delivery. These are always tailored to my earlier purchases, and therefore very suitable. Thank you, NVS! I wouldn't know about products better suited to my needs without you!
