Simply the best online service. Fantastic range of products, hardly ever a problem. If something is out of stock, I have had phone calls about it and substitutes instead. If I forget something and order later, it arrives with the original order, without further delivery charge. And I have discovered some fantastic products I never knew about from samples sent, always customised to my buying habits. Eternally grateful!
