Bought 2 x pairs of 2 x different brands shoes for my son. One brand sizes correct, the other 2 x pairs are incorrectly sized by 2 sizes each: size 41 fits feet 39 (my size). Requested return, got told that I need to pay for the post as that is taken as 'change of mind'. Change mind of not having our feet to fit under sized shoes???
