“yet another victim of this company. Took 1.5 months to tell me that a product is no longer available. I only received this information because I asked. The refund will take over a week to process (i've pretty much accepted that i've lost that money).
What annoys me more is that Black Friday sales are now well and truly over. So i've lost the money they scammed out of the money they probably wont return, and now have to purchase the item (which I need now) at full price. Effectively a triple loss.

“NZ Sale sent a product that fits so badly, it must be faulty. It looks like a counterfiet. They insist if we want to return it, we pay to return the product to Australia. The company is called "NZ Sale", yet they refuse to provide a New Zealand address for returns. I recommend people steer clear of this business.”

I will stick with Temu, they have free delivery, email when goods are dispatched and have tracking. I'm all for supporting local but not when you pay for postage and then don't hear anything about your order.

“Shipping communication is non existent and shipping itself is very slow. Cannot track orders nor is there an online chat service which makes it pretty difficult for accountability and security assurance. No contact details for escalation when problems occur. Office hours are mentioned 9am to 5pm. Which tome zone, cause it is not New Zealnad time.”
“Sent me wrong pair of jeans. Raised a return request on the app. Sent them photos of the said jeans and they sent me courier label to return the item. I printed it off and attached to package and dropped it off at the local post shop. Almost 3 weeks and no response from NZSALE. Long story short - the item is lost and they are refusing to refund it compensate me an item that didnât match what I ordered anyway. They wonât get a supervisor to ring me and kept asking me to go to the post shop and raise a lost item enquiry! 4 weeks and counting. No refund! And zero accountability.”
“Do not trust NZ Sale. Was delivered a package that was opened with items missing which I have paid for only to be told I need to follow and chase up with courier. They take no responsibility..do not trust them or buy any products. Im out of pocket with no items to show for it.”

Worst customer service that I have everâŚ
Worst customer service that I have ever encountered..I accidentally placed 2 orders and immediately let them know and tried to cancel the first order. (Within 30 mins of placing)
They sent the order anyway and are now after refusing to cancel the order or send me returns labels. They have split the order into individual items and trying to charge me $10 per item to return. There are massive delays in shipping and the communication is dishonest and unclear. I have dealt with a different person several times with conflicting messages.
Would highly recommend not shopping with NZSale if you ever expect to return an item or cancel an order.
Customer service is atrocious.”

“I'm a big fan of pop up nzsales shop here in Nz where I buy most of the time and really value for money. However, for the very first time I've decided to purchase on "there website".
Unfortunately it has been an extremely disappointing experience.
-Order process was ok, shipping time
takes an eternity considering that the item is ship from "Australia" to Canterbury, New Zealand as per invoice and shipping details read. It's unacceptable, which bring delivery to delay.
-Customer service/communication fair.
Having not receive my order after few days of initial delivery date, I get in contact with them and explain the situation.
After that, they send me part of a screen shot showing tracking of parcel have arrived at country destination.
After reviewing the invoice details, communication between both parties and part of the tracking they sent, to me something seems not right.
To have peace of mind i opt to verify the tracking detail with the assigned company for delivery here in Nz to
finally found out that the item purchased was shipped from China and not from Australia, also the dispatched and shipping date on the invoice doesn't match the verified tracking details.
At last and more importantly, the product (brand bag) has been delivered after a long waiting period but not similar to the advertised item I purchased. It's where the disappointment take all its sense, quality of product is cheap and show wear and tear. Advertising, description and photos on website defer completely from reality.
I don't recommend Nzsale online shopping at all.”

They make the mistakes then ask you to send the product back, despite it being their mistake, in full knowledge that the cost of getting the product back to the US is more than you paid for the shoes in the first place. My advice, stay well clear.”

“NZ SALE IS SHONKY DO NOT USE! Way back in March I bought from this site and waited for the delivery but it never came. Idiot courier delivered to to the outside of the gate (a photo was even provided). It was of course stolen. NZ sale has said it is the suppliers Sheertex issue and Sheertex says its NZ sale. Constant contact but not alot back except to tell me it has been escalated. It has been a long time to sort and nothing has been done. Even contacted the person on the nZ companies register to ask for help. Noone has taken responsibility to ensure that the product got to me. This has been a terrible experience! Never again.”
