"Ruined Christmas\r\nBought some shoes for my husband for Christmas. They arrived with the soles split on both of the pair. Raised this with customer service, sending photos and explanation. Then got asked to send more photos which I did. Then asked if the size was right which had nothing to do with the problem. Then got asked if I thought they could be repaired. I said NO these are a gift and you don't give a broken and repaired gift. The. They asked me again if I was happy to get them repaired. NO AGAIN. This is the worst customer service I have encountered. Ruined Christmas present and delayed resolution. Both Temu and AliExpress have refunded immediately on proof of damaged goods. Stay away from NZSale."
