Shipping communication is non existent and shipping itself is very slow. Cannot track orders nor is there an online chat service which makes it pretty difficult for accountability and security assurance. No contact details for escalation when problems occur. Office hours are mentioned 9am to 5pm. Which tome zone, cause it is not New Zealnad time.
