“i would never use this company again, nor would i recommend it. I made an order, 5 times they changed the estimated delivery date. by the way nothing comes out of nz despite the name, doesnt come from Australia either where the site claims to be from, it seems there products come out of china. So after afew emails they told me my items had arrived in there warehouse in Australia and they were packing them for dispatch to nz and they will be sent in afew days. Today on the 5th time revised day of the estimated delivery i have an email saying my order has been cancelled as the supplier had insufficient stock. I am very anoyed about this as i wasnt just buying junk, it was special formula bottles for my baby. Rubbish company, rubbish service”
“Size was so wrong to normal sizing so asked for RAN only to be mucked about, finally get a RAN and told I need to pay too send back to the supplier and not NZ sale so have to pay to send back to Australia
Also delivery takes ages

“NZ where unable to fulfill an order. Apparently they are unable to refund it either. The only available contact is the 'contact page' on their website, and the only answer is 'well follow up'.

“NZ SALE NZ I had a problem with scarves that were meant to be cashmere and 2 arrived without any markings but the third came with clearly "made in china polyester". When I complained I had to jump through many hoops and then they did not keep their word and only refunded one scarf. They were expensive too! I only look for quality items and the only advantage is that there is no GST. Rest of the site is left over stuff from Europe. Very poor service. I think the site has been taken over as it is even worse than it was. In the beginning they didn't tell me that they did not give refunds only vouchers. and they ran out. Hello MY MONEY AND THEY KEPT IT.”
