“I'm a big fan of pop up nzsales shop here in Nz where I buy most of the time and really value for money. However, for the very first time I've decided to purchase on "there website".
Unfortunately it has been an extremely disappointing experience.
-Order process was ok, shipping time
takes an eternity considering that the item is ship from "Australia" to Canterbury, New Zealand as per invoice and shipping details read. It's unacceptable, which bring delivery to delay.
-Customer service/communication fair.
Having not receive my order after few days of initial delivery date, I get in contact with them and explain the situation.
After that, they send me part of a screen shot showing tracking of parcel have arrived at country destination.
After reviewing the invoice details, communication between both parties and part of the tracking they sent, to me something seems not right.
To have peace of mind i opt to verify the tracking detail with the assigned company for delivery here in Nz to
finally found out that the item purchased was shipped from China and not from Australia, also the dispatched and shipping date on the invoice doesn't match the verified tracking details.
At last and more importantly, the product (brand bag) has been delivered after a long waiting period but not similar to the advertised item I purchased. It's where the disappointment take all its sense, quality of product is cheap and show wear and tear. Advertising, description and photos on website defer completely from reality.
I don't recommend Nzsale online shopping at all.”

They make the mistakes then ask you to send the product back, despite it being their mistake, in full knowledge that the cost of getting the product back to the US is more than you paid for the shoes in the first place. My advice, stay well clear.”

Requested return, got told that I need to pay for the post as that is taken as 'change of mind'. Change mind of not having our feet to fit under sized shoes???”

“NZ SALE IS SHONKY DO NOT USE! Way back in March I bought from this site and waited for the delivery but it never came. Idiot courier delivered to to the outside of the gate (a photo was even provided). It was of course stolen. NZ sale has said it is the suppliers Sheertex issue and Sheertex says its NZ sale. Constant contact but not alot back except to tell me it has been escalated. It has been a long time to sort and nothing has been done. Even contacted the person on the nZ companies register to ask for help. Noone has taken responsibility to ensure that the product got to me. This has been a terrible experience! Never again.”

“Not what it used to be. I used to be able to return items that didn't fit to the NZsale outlet in Auckland but now you have to post to Australia, which is very expensive (and that is on top of the big increase in postage charges to get the items ion the first place), and if there are two items from different stores you have to return them in two separate bags with two separate postage charges. This makes buying clothes very risky because returning them for refunds costs so much. Also, there is no quality veto on their site so many of the dodgy Chinese drop-shipping "stores" are there with poor quality items that don't look like the photo. Stay well clear.”

“I have numerous times messaged for a return on a item that I purchased which came back the wrong color, the item I purchased specifically described that I ordered the color grey for my sons high chair yet I recieved a purple chair, I messaged so many times to have my item returned as the description of the item was inaccurate but I recieved no response in the time frame that it says they will respond and has been days past since I have contacted them. I have had no problems odering with nz sale until now!!!”

“Please avoid buying anything from this page. For Christmas, I got two electronic vouchers. The ads say that the vouchers are to redeem online immediately. However, it wasn't the case. I never received the coupons; Christmas was getting closer, and I contacted the customer service team, and it took me four weeks and an infinite number of emails to get help.
I asked to speak to someone or a number I could call as the situation was getting too upsetting, so they decided to ignore me.
There is no customer service number, and getting the right help is almost impossible.
Avoid at all costs! The advertising is false, and the voucher wasn't available immediately.
Worse experience with customer service as well, they don't help, and they are genuinely careless and have zero empathy.”
“Waiting ages for delivery, tracking number non existent pretty much states tracking number allocated and no change for over 3 weeks. They said they will inquire the pur hase has left their warehouse and still nothing.. The purchase said delivery from NZ to NZ I don't see how it's justified to take this long unless false info given on site on the product. Nearly a month now asked for refund will see how that goes.”
“I placed an order on the 30th of November. Only got an update that it was coming on the 10th of December and the delivery date changed from the 15-19th of December to 16-21st. It’s now the 20th and I have not had any updates, my tracking info only says processed in Sydney. Really disappointed”

Not only is their delivery times over a month delayed - they try to have their reviews removed from trustpilot when they don't like it. Plus nudge happy customers to spam good ones.”
