DO NOT BUY HERE ANYTHING We ordered a mattress topper from the store NZ Sale. We specifically ordered a Double size but received a King Single, through no fault of our own. We contacted them, but I have not been able to reach anyone via phone or email for the past 10 days. We attempted to return the unused topper immediately in its original packaging, but no one has responded to our request for a refund or at least an exchange for the correct item. Hopefully, this review helps others, as we have noticed many negative reviews from customers experiencing the same issue.
