(Within 30 mins of placing) They sent the order anyway and are now after refusing to cancel the order or send me returns labels. They have split the order into individual items and trying to charge me $10 per item to return. There are massive delays in shipping and the communication is dishonest and unclear. I have dealt with a different person several times with conflicting messages. Would highly recommend not shopping with NZSale if you ever expect to return an item or cancel an order. Customer service is atrocious.
