I ordered a product (mascara worth $53) and it arrived faulty, it has a key peice missing. I left a message on the app, no response, I tried to leave another message a month later, no response. I tried emailing the only nzsale email addresses I could find. No response. So they have kept my money and will not acknowledge my existence!!
