Why are the shipping so damn expensive, I'm starting to think NZSALE is another Amazon, website states they are Australian based yet they ship other goods from United Kingdom and United States. I've shop from NZSALE for years but not constantly and this year, they mucked up my address and it me 3 weeks to receive my parcel after going in circles with couriers because they missed typed my address. .. They also got back to me saying I'm missing a business name and level ... Yet my other parcels arrived on time except for one, than NZSALE tried to blame the courier ... I screenshots my other items and personal detail and the customer service replies "NEED TO ESCALATE TO NZSALE" from their own website 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
