They never answer the calls .
A few times I tried to call them , but I was waiting for over an hour a few times ,but nobody answered. I gave up.
Today finally I managed to speak with someone ( after 40 min of waiting ) and person on the phone was very unpleasant to talk to.
I don't recommended o2 .
