I have been a loyal personal and business customer with O2 for well over a decade, but my recent experience with their business customer service has been extremely disappointing. As many others have mentioned, the call quality is poor, making it difficult to hear the representative clearly. I had to repeatedly ask them to repeat themselves, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the representative was required to go through an upsell script, despite the fact that my issue had not yet been properly addressed. This felt more like a sales call than genuine customer support. This experience alone almost made me consider leaving O2 entirely. I expect better service from a company I’ve been with for so long.

After 20+ yrs with O2 the business renewal as absolutely terrible, cannot speak to anyone in the uk and struggle to understand what they are saying never mind the fact that the line is breaking up whilst talking ! what a load of rubbish !!!!

Having been an O2 personal customer for close to 20 years, when my company needed a business account to provide me with a business mobile number I suggested O2 and went through the account setup. Everything went well to start with until I (and our accounts team) wanted access to the online account to download the first invoice. This is where things started to go seriously wrong. No "welcome" email had been received. Some 3 weeks later after multiple online attempts, 2 calls to customer service personnel - one of whom just went away and never came back - and multiple attempts via the original service agent who "escalated as high as I can go" and still no welcome email so no access to invoices, yet they take the money. We're cancelling now and moving to another provider and once my current personal account is up for renewal I'll be doing the same on that and I will no longer recommend O2 as I have done regularly over the last 15 years or so.

Customer Service is terrible!!!!!! They will leave you hanging over the phone!!! Seem to focus on up-selling packages only!!! Renewal team are quick to answer but the customer service, TERRIBLE!

Avoid at all costs! Terrible service. On hold for hours and hours. Wasted days of our life trying to sort out problems. Phone was never delivered and now unable to cancel Contract. Awful.

If I could mark my experience as an 02 Business customer as no stars I would. I placed an order for multiple iPhones and sims and have waited 5 weeks for the order to be completed and finally I received a delivery yesterday however only half the ordered items were there. I will never use 02 Business again. Such poor customer service.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered 2 upgrades on 26/11. No phones delivered to date and using a joke of an excuse about the warehouse not having any, yet on 2 occasions when following up I was assured that they would be delivered in the next 5 days. Still waiting.....no offer of compensation or a better phone. Merely just left hanging paying for a contract that I can't use.

O2 business is completely abysmal. Their customer service does not exist. They cannot speak between departments to sort out any issues. I’ve been waiting over three weeks to import a number to the business. Still awaiting a credit assessment with no update and no ability to speak to the department. I am now stuck with O2 as cannot leave without paying excessive termination fee. Under no circumstances use O2 business and I would suggest any other provider available.

Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with my o2 business mobile account. I cannot emphasise enough how utterly excruciatingly bad their customer 'support' is. Incorrect bills, no service for two months, promised refunds as compensation that don't appear after 5 (and counting) different people have arranged it for me. Bills being over a hundred pounds incorrect leading to bank charges, promises to fix it that are never fulfilled. DO NOT USE O2.

Why oh why can't there be a decent business mobile phone operater in the UK? Both O2 and Vodafone are in the Champion's League of appalling customer service. Constant 'you are in a queue' messages and when you can get through, you are either passed from pillar to post or just cut off. I dread having to ever contact them.

o2 Business do not provide customer service. Calls centres are noisy cannot hear anyone. Nonoe of the staff able to anser basic questions about your account. Seem to focus on up-selling packages to you. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Shocking customer service. Phone doesn't arrive when promised... then arrives wrong... then O2 say will swap wrong phone with correct one but I must wait in for delivery.. my work requires me to be out. They said delivery would be 1 -5 days... they said can't guarantee a delivery day.. not allowed ... I offer to pay a premium for timed delivery so I can be in... impossible they say... every other business can do 24 hour delivery... O2 customer service sucks! Keep away!

I was a customer at o2 for 6 years. I got o2 business 3 months ago and I have to say this is the worst customer service and the worst experience ever. This company doesn't care about it's customers at all. I used to like the company and recommend it to two friends, now I just want to get out. Avoid at all costs, never again.

Terrible experience with O2. Involved a fraud case that took nearly half a year to resolve, when it's quoted that they would look to resolve in under 28 days. It seems Customer Service Team and the Fraud Team operate where the left hand doesn't speak to the right. My credit score was affected and nearly had debt collectors at my door. Very stressful few months. When it was finally determined that the fraudulent activity was legitimate, I was promised the fraudulent account would be closed. It wasn't closed and I continued to receive bills still charging me for a phone I didn't purchase, which nearly put me back into debt collectors again. I had to hound customer service to check the fraud ticket, close the ticket and remove the outstanding debt. I didn't think I'd need to remind customer service how to do their job. I will never go back to O2 and I'll continue warn people to not take up a contract with them

Completely keep you in the dark, no user friendly. As I director of the company I cannot see what’s my tariff how much data or even where calls I made only think you know is when they take money from your account. No app to support like with regular o2. If you switching from 02 to 02 business make sure you see other providers first.
