we have been with 02 business for years now, but this wont be for much longer. they are absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. Firstly, trying to escape from prison would be easier than getting through to any one. They send you an invoice with the incorrect company details on then when you quote this the say sorry we need to disconnect the call. today I was put through to their worst agent yet. It took him 32 minutes to get nowhere then he diverted my call to an engaged number. It was some kind of comedy sketch, without the comedy. Seriously ..... if your thinking of going with 02, don't bother.

Total and utter poor service. They have a tie up with DHL to deliver your new phone and their is zero customer support service care. Neither party takes responsibility and the customer just gets treated like rubbish with nobody to help. Go to another provider and go to a shop

Absolutely abysmal customer service from O2 business. it is impossible to speak to anyone that has any useful information. I have been trying for over 4 months now and every attempt ends up on a website with no one actually been able to help me. my number is 07711 759 502 and i have a simple request. I will be putting as many negative reviews as i can until someone can contact me

Desaster, o2 cancel my only number for about 2 weeks, every think paid if I call them no proper answer or others just cut me off after 20mn wanting time, I devise customers to get out stay out from mo2 and virgin media I can't give even one star..

Signed my business up to a business plan, business name but trucked into having my personal name placed as the contract owner. Meaning HMRC refuse to accept the contract as business. John from the Liverpool call centre directly lied to me, I have been in contact with the CEO Simon his lacky has responded with corporate b/s I have now requested the transcripts for the ombudsman. Avoid 02 like covid

Worst company ever. I took out a contract and the next day I found they had better deals on pay as you go and so I cancelled well within within the cooling off period. They however decided to still migrate my mobile number and my mobile number went dead. I phoned them to find out what was going on and they admitted they messed up. They got my mobile number back on pay as you go. At the end of the month I received a bill from them for a day's line rental. I tried phoning them, but their answering system says goodbye and they cut me off. Their web chat is manned by a bunch of headless chickens who take their time responding and then keep ending the chat while I was typing replies, this was within seconds. They then could not find my account and they kept saying that I couldn't have been charged as it was a pay as you go number. I have wasted over two hours and still no where forward. I'll be contacting Ofcom. Never Ever will I use o2 again, I'm porting my number to a different network.

When I finished work I kept my mobile and daughters mobile with O2 business, we always get a decent renewal price when its time and when I once lost a phone the cancellation of the SIM , locking the old phone and getting a new SIM was really efficient. Great company to work with in a world full of disappointments !

Absolute joke make sure you buy directly from o2 and not a 3rd party or you will get burnt!!!
