Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with my o2 business mobile account. I cannot emphasise enough how utterly excruciatingly bad their customer 'support' is. Incorrect bills, no service for two months, promised refunds as compensation that don't appear after 5 (and counting) different people have arranged it for me. Bills being over a hundred pounds incorrect leading to bank charges, promises to fix it that are never fulfilled. DO NOT USE O2.
