O2 business is completely abysmal. Their customer service does not exist. They cannot speak between departments to sort out any issues. I’ve been waiting over three weeks to import a number to the business. Still awaiting a credit assessment with no update and no ability to speak to the department. I am now stuck with O2 as cannot leave without paying excessive termination fee.
Under no circumstances use O2 business and I would suggest any other provider available.
