Having been an O2 personal customer for close to 20 years, when my company needed a business account to provide me with a business mobile number I suggested O2 and went through the account setup. Everything went well to start with until I (and our accounts team) wanted access to the online account to download the first invoice. This is where things started to go seriously wrong. No "welcome" email had been received. Some 3 weeks later after multiple online attempts, 2 calls to customer service personnel - one of whom just went away and never came back - and multiple attempts via the original service agent who "escalated as high as I can go" and still no welcome email so no access to invoices, yet they take the money. We're cancelling now and moving to another provider and once my current personal account is up for renewal I'll be doing the same on that and I will no longer recommend O2 as I have done regularly over the last 15 years or so.
