Shocking customer service. Phone doesn't arrive when promised... then arrives wrong... then O2 say will swap wrong phone with correct one but I must wait in for delivery.. my work requires me to be out. They said delivery would be 1 -5 days... they said can't guarantee a delivery day.. not allowed ... I offer to pay a premium for timed delivery so I can be in... impossible they say... every other business can do 24 hour delivery... O2 customer service sucks! Keep away!
