I was a customer at o2 for 6 years. I got o2 business 3 months ago and I have to say this is the worst customer service and the worst experience ever.
This company doesn't care about it's customers at all. I used to like the company and recommend it to two friends, now I just want to get out. Avoid at all costs, never again.
