Shocking support, cancelled with them earlier in the year. The bloke who I spoke with said I could cancel the direct payment after the next payment came out of my account. So I did, next thing I receive a letter from debt collectors, stating I owe 45 pound. Try to log onto my account and it says I don’t have one. Shame I have to give them one star. Been with them 3 years, definitely not using them again. Terrible. Avoid.
