Ordered monthly sim phoned and cancelled same day as not suitable , told to cancel direct debit by o2 assistant which I did , 3 weeks later got message from 02 you have not paid your bill now we are adding 3.50 for late payment , for something I have never used I’m disgusted with 02 , phoned o2 to solve this received an opology from them and assistant confirmed all sorted so no worries, 3 hours later received email I have not paid my bill ahhhh 02 get a grip such a terrible service plus this is harassment asking for payment of something I have never had
