O2 reassigned my number of 35 years by mistake and were unable to correct their mistake. I have spent literally days trying to get the issue resolved and have been told lies by everyone of the customer service representatives I have managed to get through to. Even their complaints dept do not respond as they state they will. The worst service I have ever received in my long life and caused me the most inconvenience of any one. Do yourself a favour and transfer to another provider before they ruin your life too.!
