I was actually expecting a refund dut to fraudent activity from my account and my wifes account. I call thwm more than 10 times. Each and every time they said they will contact me with in 24 hours and they didnt.
When ever i ask them to speak to the fraud team, they said they are not allowed. When i ask them to speak to theor manager, they said they will call back in 24 hrs and they never call back.
