Absolutely diabolical, paid this months bill (2handsets and 2 airtime) then 02 restrict the devices the day after bills are paid, spoke with them on the phone for them to advise yes they're restricted and we can't remove the restriction because the bill was 1 day late. Absolute bull****
Awful company to deal with.
