Absolutely disgraceful company. Criminals have used my elderly parents details to obtain phones and contracts. Despite telling the fraud team, they are receiving threatening letters demanding money. This is extremely upsetting for them. No one at 02 will take responsibility for this and keep saying “there is nothing we can do”. Absolutely disgusting.
