My internet connection is shabby at best, when trying to get a hold of them via the app, most of the times I tried all their agents are "busy", if you want to speak to someone prepare to spend an hour on the phone.
When looking for a resolution (me leaving the provider) they sent me a replacement SIM... Trouble is they disconnected the old one before the new one came leaving me without an income for days as a self employed person...
Avoid them like you would the plague
