o2 and all the people I spoken to in the customer services doesn't reserve more than 0 stars BUT the 5 stars is for the very nice gentleman called Bongani. He is very polite and he has a logic when he discuss things. Other people which I spoken to, they were worse than a ROBOT without any sense of human.
