Been trying to change my 02 number for 3 months. I’ve ordered new pay as you go SIM cards which never arrived, I have contacted customer service who say they can’t do it over the phone & then try and force me into contracts I don’t want or they hang up.
Terrible service. Leaving 02 & never using O2 again.
