DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been having
problems with data on my phone for 2 months
now. (Totally out for a week at a time, days at a
time etc) I don't have WI-FI. So I rely on data and
personal hotspot through my phone. I
complained last month about the issue. They
totally except the mast in my area is down.
explained my situation. Told them that I've had to
buy another SIM card on EE, top that up twice
(£40) Plus topping up the 02 SIM twice (£40). So
a total of £80 because they are not providing the
service I'm paying for. Plus all the inconvenience
on top of that. They gave me £10 credit to use to
top my phone up. WHAT A JOKE!!! Total rip off
02. I've contacted the BBC about this, who seem
to be very interested………. Look after your
customers hey!!!
