Been with them since the early 2000’s and after my signal getting steadily worse the past year (struggle to even refresh emails and im not in a rural location) decided time to leave.
Then I realised just how bad their customer service is. Long waiting times to talk to anyone. Cant cancel the contract online. And when you finally do talk to someone they say they cant help you cancel. Total mess.
