I would like to say a huge thank you to Jade who works at the O2 store in Bromley. She was attentive, kind and listened to my query regarding a problem I was having with my phone. She was able to resolve the issue in less than 3 minutes of me telling her the problem which another member of staff at the lewisham O2 branch was unable to help with. Her customer service was quick, efficient and above all else effective as the problem with my phone has now been fully resolved.
